Amanda L. Best attended City University of New York School
of Law and holds bar admissions to New Jersey, District of
New Jersey, and New Jersey State Bar Association.
While in Law School, Ms. Best was President of the Domestic
Violence Coalition and interned at the Legal Aid
Society in New York, writing appellate briefs and conducting
research on the interstate compact on the placement of children.
Shortly after graduating Law School, Ms. Best worked as a
Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Richard M. Freid, J.S.C,
at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Here, she assisted with
trial preparation for matters such as child abuse, child placement,
termination of parental rights, adoption, domestic violence,
and non-dissolution. Additionally Ms. Best assisted the Honorable
Michael K. Diamond, P.J.S.C. and the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt,
J.S.C., with matrimonial dissolution, alimony, palimony, and
child support motions, as well as mediated small claims and
landlord/tenant disputes under the direction of the Honorable
Glenn R. Wenzel, J.S.C.
