Kristi L. Terranova attended Widener University School of
law and holds bar admissions in New Jersey. Ms. Terranova
also has a pending bar admission in New York.
Shortly after graduating law school, Ms. Terranova worked
as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Philip H. Mizzone, Jr. ,
J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She researched
and prepared summaries and recommendations on bi-weekly non-dissolution
and matrimonial motions, including custody, support, taxable
income, benefit and retirement plans, and discovery. Additionally,
Ms. Terranova assisted the Honorable Michael K. Diamond, P.J.S.C.,
and the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt, J.S.C., with matrimonial
dissolution, alimony, palimony, equitable distribution, and
child support motions, as well as mediated small claims and
landlord/tenant disputes under the direction of the Honorable
Glenn R. Wenzel, J.S.C.
While in law school, Ms. Terranova worked at the Harrisburg
Civil Law Clinic where she represented clients in matters
such as divorce, child support, child custody, workers
compensation, and bankruptcy. Ms. Terranova was also a summer
associate for two years at a national firm specializing in
labor and employment law. While there, she performed extensive
legal research and prepared memoranda in various areas of
labor and employment law, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII,
NJLAD, and workers compensation claims.
